Mr. Botter conducted four very good and detailed training days. Problems and profound questions were answered very well. If a problem remained unsolved, it was discussed internally until the next training session and new solutions were proposed.

Criticism:
A small shortcoming of the software are the online forms, which can not be saved in between. Furthermore, it would be very nice in the future if the layout of the online forms can be adapted independently.
