The advice planning price / performance and the selection of components from Klarsolar I think will not go better Top 1a.
Only one should think about the selection of the assemblers, which have with me the whole picture of a 1+ to a 3-down graded.

The good advice and the quick implementation of the project have delighted us. Everything was also good in the execution. You just have to be aware that all components are delivered before assembly. This should be taken into account and space for it.

Fast implementation of our project

I am really satisfied so far, but one small point of criticism remains...vthe communication was not optimal in parts. I have to elaborate a bit more on this. Suddenly the progress stopped, I got no answer to e-mails. In retrospect, it turned out that klarsolar had done everything right, because the first assigned electrician had announced additional costs of 2200 euros. Klarsolar obtained further offers and in the end there were no additional costs. For me it would have been good to know where the problem was, so I see room for improvement in communication. Overall, however, I am really satisfied and wish klarsolar, Mr. Yavuz and Mr. Maurer continued success.

In January, we decided to install a photovoltaic system for our house. After a comparison phase of several providers, our choice fell on the implementation by Klarsolar.
Already with the offer we liked the consultation by Mr. Wink, which did not aim at a fast conclusion, but answered our questions completely.
In March, our electrical system was then renewed and the starting signal for the PV project was given.
Due to problems with availability, the offer was adjusted once again - whereby we were even almost 4,000€ cheaper than with the first offer.
In April, the roof installation was unfortunately postponed by a week and the meter exchange was also delayed by a few more days. All in all, however, there was only a delay of 1 1/2 weeks and our wish to be able to use the new system already at the beginning of May was completely fulfilled.
After one week, we have now already produced 210 kWh and are almost independent of the grid thanks to the battery solution.
We absolutely liked the commercial processing by Klarsolar. The partial amounts are due after delivery, installation and connection, which means that as a client you never take a financial risk. Here, the provider has definitely learned from what is happening in the market and thus consolidates trust.
Since negative comments have often been made here about the support provided by the project managers, I would finally like to emphasize the very good communication with our project manager Zuhal Yavuz.
At every stage of the project, she proactively took care of our plant and checked every deadline and implementation. We never had the feeling of being left alone.
Even when there were delays, she immediately contacted the service providers and saved our desired date.
The service providers, both for the installation and the grid connection, were very friendly and again complemented the good preliminary work from the project management with detailed communication and protocols.
The decision for Klarsolar as a partner was absolutely the right one for us.

From consulting, planning, installation and commissioning, everything went perfectly and faster than predicted. Therefore, a big praise to the Klarsolar team for the professional handling.

During the planning of the plant I was very well advised. Mr. Wink has been able to make good suggestions to my wishes in the planning and has managed everything well in advance. After the contract was awarded, everything was explained to me clearly and I was informed about every further step by phone and email.
The appointments were agreed very promptly and also kept. During the electrical installation, my wishes were taken into account and possible improvements for the future of the system were pointed out (possible battery storage, smart control, wallbox, etc.). Therefore, I can pass on a unduetige recommendation.

I am completely satisfied with Klarsolar. From the initial consultation to the finished installation, everything went smoothly and in less than 8 weeks. Our project manager was always available for any questions. I can really only recommend Klarsolar.
