It's a shame that you can't take anyone with you to the consultation. It's also not nice to have to say this on the spot, as the accompanying person has taken the extra time to come along and then has to wait in the waiting room. My request to bring the person with me was also refused.

I had a consultation and felt that I was taken seriously and understood. They took a lot of time for me and the examination and consultation were very comprehensive. Ultimately, the treatment is too expensive for me, so I won't be able to have it done.

I really liked the super friendly demeanor of the receptionists, and also that the doctor took the time to see me and advise me. I also liked the nice lady who talked me through the cost plan. I felt that I was in wonderful hands and will definitely have treatment there. Thank you again for everything so far.
