Two hours later, the gentleman responsible for our area got in touch and arranged a measurement appointment within a week. The survey was carried out in a friendly and competent manner and one day later we already had the results in our hands. There is no better and faster way. Absolutely recommendable!!!

With the help of Wohnrechner.online, we calculated the living space of our rental apartment ourselves and found a difference of 11.5%. We forwarded this to our landlord and after some back and forth we finally got 3,000 euros refunded by our landlord, because we had paid too much service charges for years due to the incorrect information. I can only recommend everyone to use the housing calculator, because safe is safe!
