We had decided in February 22, after intensive research with several manufacturers, for a hot tub from Loocone. All telephone contacts with Fam. Hepting were very friendly and purposeful. All my questions and concerns, were clarified in the discussions. The delivery took place on time. The driver was also very customer-oriented and helped us get the heavy part into position. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this family business.
By the way, I operate my hot tub with a Steinbach sand filter with UV light and a Steinbach heat pump 8.3KW. This keeps the water at the desired temperature even on cold days.

We have been interested in a HotTub for some time. Loocone was recommended to us by relatives. The advice from Mrs. Hepting was very friendly, courteous and competent. All questions could be clarified, and always very promptly. The delivery was on time, exactly as announced (by mail and phone). The quality of the delivered goods is impeccable.
Our HotTub is now in the garden and is an ornament to the whole area.
We can and will recommend Loocone without reservation!

Friendly nice and competent advice. If you have questions, you can always reach jmd by phone, which we have experienced differently with another manufacturer.
Delivery time top, the hot tub was delivered safely packed at the specified time. During delivery, it is useful if 1-2 hands to help unload the pallet with the hot tub, but this is no problem.
Very good quality, top processed
The water had the desired temperature after 2 hours, and even 1 day later it was still relatively warm so that we have heated again.
Perfect, that's how it should be.
we are absolutely satisfied and can recommend Loocone 100%.

Am very positively surprised by the quality, this is still proper manufacture work!
Advice and delivery were good.
But best of all is now the use, just great!
Have me for the lid built a lifting device (lifting and swiveling),
so everything is now very easy and fast.
If anyone has questions, am at 035930-51957 for information about the Zuber ready.

The only negative, we should have done it much earlier, a pity for every day without Zuber - dare, it's really great l!!!

Hello all...

The delivery time was a bit difficult due to COVID19, but this was also understandable and already made transparent when buying Loocone.

After delivery, there were a few problems with the commissioning of the hot tub, but was worked off from the side of Loocone and us step by step and we could solve the error even at a distance well! Thanks again for this...

We have now used the hot tube with a gas heater 2x and we did not want to miss it!!!
When it comes to a sauna, which is not yet certain from our side, we would gladly buy from Loocone again.

Thanks for the great cooperation and keep up the good work....

Our long-awaited dream became a reality. He now stands in our garden a hottub from Loocone.
The consultation by Mrs. Hepting was very detailed, she took a lot of time for us and has answered all the questions we had. Thus, we were convinced and placed the order on the spot.
The process from order to delivery went smoothly. Either by mail or by phone.
When we had questions during the assembly, we were optimally guided by Mrs. and Mr. Hepting.
You can turn to them at any time. Very good service and a very good quality of the product.
Simply perfect!!! Keep up the good work. We recommend Loocone-Hottub in any case.
