Mr. Steger did not keep his word!

During my first contact with Mr. Steger at the end of 2020, Mr. Steger still sounded very positive about himself. He would save his clients a multiple of his hourly fee and in the field of cryptocurrencies he would be the best and would teach other tax advisors.Okay, so we agreed on a zoom call for about 500Euro/ hour. The only info that was relevant and new to me was nevertheless crucial and raised my hopes that Mr. Steger was the right "man" for my case.

We agreed on another appointment in March 2022, but then in 2022 there was a constant postponement of our appointments. The reasons were that the staff was thinned out because of Corona, staff absences due to illness, staff accidents, reorganization of the IT systems, and time bottlenecks.
Mr. Steger continuously postponed the self-imposed deadlines and of course one can understand entrepreneurial bottlenecks. Nevertheless, I was beginning to doubt whether and how things would continue in my case.

At the beginning of December 2022, I then asked Mr. Steger whether I should be worried and whether he would let me down. To which Mr. Steger replied "both no."

Only to resign the mandate just two weeks later and leave me out in the cold. Even after my request, there was no final discussion, no alternative proposals, no advice.

From my point of view, when you first make a big noise about yourself, then self-praise quickly falls on your feet. And if you treat your customers this way, then you might treat your staff even more insensitively.

Mr. Steger supported me very well in my complex tax matter and the price/performance ratio was completely in order.
