Initially, we were only looking for a suitable mortgage with our house banks and then came across Mr. Schlabach by chance. After a short period of skepticism, we took a closer look at "Global-Finanz" and had a very pleasant initial meeting, during which Mr. Schlabach was very attentive and patient in addressing our needs and explaining various options. Thanks to the independence of Global-Finanz, we received offers from various banks and were even offered more favorable conditions at our own bank!
From the initial meeting to the signing of the contract, Mr. Schlabach was always there to advise us and never tried to pressure us into a decision. We found this extremely pleasant. Based on our experience, we can only recommend anyone to seek advice without obligation. We will gladly continue to rely on Mr. Schlabach's trustworthy advice in the future.

Mr. Schlabach impressed us right from the start with his competence, likeability and open manner. Our real estate financing was by no means an easy birth (mistakes in the notary contract, seller who suddenly jumps off,...) We felt well advised in every situation and were supported by Mr. Schlabach with uncomplicated, solution-oriented suggestions. The appointments could almost always be booked at short notice (of course, he was also granted a week's vacation). In the end, a financing solution was put together that was tailored exactly to our needs, and all without leaving our apartment - amazing! In conclusion, we can only say that we would recommend Mr. Schlabach at any time and naturally rate our experience with 5/5 stars.

Mr. Schlabach gave us great advice and support from the very first moment!
We contacted him at the same time we became interested in the property and received excellent advice and support throughout the entire process.
He even took spontaneous interest rate reductions on board and updated the financing requests accordingly. He was always available for queries and always put together the best possible "package" for us. Mr. Schlabach doesn't try to sell you just any financing, but you can tell that he enjoys supporting and satisfying his customers in the best possible way. He also conveys this passion in the many conversations we have had.
In our experience, an absolute recommendation!

From the very first moment, Mr. Schlabach advised me comprehensively, fairly, competently, calmly (!), taking my perspective and situation into account, understandingly, and with the right "sense of urgency" and accompanied me to the end. This is what distinguishes him from the great masses. I am a skeptical person, but with Mr. Schlabach my contact, which was intended as a benchmark, quickly turned into a trusting working relationship. Mr. Schlabach advised us on real estate financing and arranged a loan. From the very beginning, we felt we were in good hands with him and received competent advice. Even with special requests and questions, he was always available to us quickly. Due to the wide range of banks, he was able to present us with various financing concepts and select the most suitable offer for our needs. Also in the application phase we could benefit from his knowledge of the processes of our bank and realize the financing quickly. We can recommend Mr. Schlabach without reservation!

Mr. Schlabach scores in all aspects that are important to us when we use service providers: A high level of expertise, commitment, quick responses, reliability and a very pleasant and friendly manner. The countless 5 stars speak for themselves! Mr. Schlabach was clearly the fastest, has provided the best conditions & service (we have compared parrallel, because it had to go quickly) and on top of it he has made of itself as great suggestions to offer the optimal solution us (even far better than anywhere else) and has negotiated extremely friendly and courteous with us and with the bank.
