I was interested in a Kia Sportage last year and was given super friendly advice by Mr. Lindemann, but unfortunately there was no Sportage available for a test drive at the time. After this took place some time later, the purchase contract was signed on the same day. My old car was traded in at a fair price without any problems. The delivery time was reasonable and my new car was delivered a few days ago. In my opinion, the conversations with Mr. Lindemann were always on an equal footing and honest.
I can only recommend Meik Lindemann!

We were received very friendly by Mr. M. Brune and immediately felt well taken care of. The purchase of the car went smoothly, the advice was great and the handover will remain in our memory forever. Even when a small problem arose shortly after the purchase, Mr. Brune took care of everything so that it was fixed as quickly as possible. Although this was no longer part of his job, he checked with us several times to make sure everything had gone well. We can only say thank you to this cordial and very competent salesman.

The lead time for a service appointment (here 1st maintenance after vehicle purchase) is 4 weeks at the company Heinen. Unfortunately, but then the 7-year KIA warranty would have expired. There was no possibility of solution from the car dealership Heinen. The fallen statement: "Then the warranty is just gone." Okay, that car was bought in 2022 still at the dealership Huchtemeier. Apparently it goes the industry, in particular the car dealer chain Heinen so well that one does not need "Old customers". Dear car dealership team, so that but nothing with the customer loyalty! Unfortunately, no star can be awarded for this unfriendly attitude. - So that this evaluation was at all possible, nevertheless at least one star had to be assigned. This is also sad, because it is not a poor but insufficient performance.
