Olivia goes every conceivable way to get you through the MPU.
Even if you don't pass, she knows ways and means to change the negative opinion to a positive one. Contacts of the MPU consultant should not be underestimated.
Otherwise, the communication was always at eye level. I felt very comfortable.
Overall, a very uncomplicated and to the point preparation.
I was surprised how fast and uncomplicated the whole thing can be. With such good preparation, I could have saved myself a lot of stress and negative emotions.
I hope I don't need something like this again, but if I do, I now have a contact point where I know I'll be okay.
