Tile damage for 3 years not repaired, elevator failure due to heavy rain only after 4 1/2 weeks fixed, no information about it, also no apology or explanations , regular maintenance of the actually very important ventilation system not commissioned, only on demand and reminder, system must be turned off at night to ensure night rest, otherwise too noisy.
Unfortunately, there was no feedback at all on requests made. Even if the ad has only been online for a few minutes and accordingly not many requests have been made.
I am aware that not all requests can be answered, but other providers also manage to give feedback. (Here even after a few days not the case, is simply marked as rented).
I bought a property through the company Pistoor Immobilien. From the first contact to the closing Mr. Arne Pistoor was my contact person. I would like to confirm here that I experienced Mr. Pistoor as a very professional real estate agent. He is classified by me as technically very competent. His manners are very pleasant. Loyalty and discretion are not foreign words for him. In this specific purchase matter, there were also a few special legal problems to be clarified (after notarization), in the solution of which he was also very committed. As a buyer and of course as a seller, you are in good hands with Mr. Pistoor, because he always has "the whole picture" in mind. You can rely on him to do his part honestly and with great expertise.
