In the case of my house, the von Poll company in Cham - Mr. Aschenbrenner - handled the sales process completely on its own, from the real estate appraisal to the preparation of the exposé, the appointments with the interested parties and the notary appointment. Personally, I had almost no effort with the sale. The offered price of the property was achieved at over 95%, and the sales process was completed within a quarter of a year. I am very satisfied with the result achieved. I can unreservedly recommend the company von Poll Immobilien in Cham.
