The property was extremely well maintained and managed including excellent information about the property and local area which was very useful.
Check in and check out was smooth and easy and the property manager was flexible to our needs.
We appreciated the privacy afforded by the property manager being available to us but not interfering with our vacation.
Villa Timeout is a great place to stay as it's in a quiet neighbourhood but central to access Cape Coral's shops and restaurants plus has easy access to the wider Fort Myers area.
This villa has everything you need for a short or longer stay, we stayed for 29 nights in December 2024. We had no problems at all during our stay. All furniture and home goods are in excellent condition, with a special mention to the comfort of the master bed and leather sofas in the great room.
The pool was heated for us to enjoy even on cooler days and we also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the canal. There was a good supply of towels.
We would recommend Villa Timeout and hope to return soon.
