After a very good consultation with Mr. Schmitz, we awarded the work to Raumwerk. The execution was done by two journeymen, who handed us a perfectly renovated bedroom after four days. All the work, from wallpapering to painting, skirting boards and newly laid carpeting, was carried out professionally and, above all, precisely and cleanly by the two employees. It was also nice that they pointed out one or the other improvement during the work which positively influenced the overall picture.
We can recommend Raumwerk with a clear conscience and have already scheduled them for our next projects.

Major renovation of 8 residential parties. Result very satisfied. Great advice and very friendly staff and competent equally dynamic boss. Data sheets of materials used are provided and further expert opinions are sensibly expressed. Can only recommend.

We quickly got an appointment with you to lay the design floor and then we were also given an additional appointment for wallpapering and painting. Despite the fact that we had to postpone the appointment due to illness, Mr. Schmitz found a new one for us in a timely manner. Have both with Mr. Schmitz and with his team quite excellent experience. Were a total of 7 days with us in the house and have implemented everything CLASS. We also found the interaction among the employees to be very positive. This is always important when working in a team. Also what the cleanliness, the handling of all utensils, etc. was the best. Christoph Schmitz renovated a somewhat run-down old apartment from 1893 for us. Walls spackled and painted after electrician work, the old floorboards sanded and oiled, original baseboards and window cassettes spackled and painted and carpet laid in one room. Super advice, very detail oriented implementation and all in all three very pleasant weeks on site. Always happy to do it again!!!

We are very satisfied with the result. In the summer we had our exterior cladding renovated by the Schmitz company at appropriate temperatures.

An appointment was uncomplicated and flexible and the advice was great.
The contact was always friendly and Mr. Schmitz lives his craft - even at 35 degrees in the shade. During the renovation everyone had a lot of fun. Very clean and conscientious work at a fair price, the price from the offer was kept. Also his employees are very competent and "live" the craft, like the manager. And here the boss also paints himself. We will recommend the company Schmitz at any time and hire again for further projects.

Christoph was very supportive of our house renovation at short notice. There was a quick contact, inspection of the site and arrangement of a timely appointment. He worked together with an employee quickly, cleanly and competently. You can see that he enjoys/at work. And in personal conversation it is clear that training his employees about innovations etc. is also important to him. So that he can always satisfy us customers with his know-how and skills.
