All done, everything is fine and very satisfied. Lock could no longer be unlocked, something was broken inside. Key turned only 360 degrees. All opened and from the locksmith new parts purely.

When calling 55 euros upwards, depending on the situation on site. Door was closed. Locksmith comes quickly.
Locksmith calculates with 189 euros, then it is over 200 euros, complain, then it is about 185 euros, give 190 euros.
Employee is friendly and I'm glad to be back in the apartment with dog.
Working time less than 1 minute, then the door is open again !
Invoice : Door opening incl. 15 min working time 80 Euro, emergency service (before 14 o'clock) 40 Euro and operating costs 36 Euro = 156 Euro plus 19% VAT = 185,64 Euro

Annoying that they always talk about net prices on the phone. I have checked it off and in the meantime looked for a cheap reserve key service nearby. Also make a notice of the local locksmith. The makes it for half !

Someone should be there in 30-35 minutes. Employee came only after more than 1 hour. According to the website, this would cost me 59€ + 15 minutes of working time of the employee. However, he wanted to have 190€. Since one feels unfortunately more than fooled. Very friendly and competent but I will not get help again. Feels already hard after Scam.

The installer was there very quickly. Work was done quickly and professionally. The door opened directly and the price / performance ratio is 100% right. For a Saturday evening much cheaper than I expected. Would turn to this locksmith again and again.

Opening the door turned out to be more difficult than expected. Thanks to the many years of experience of the locksmith, an alternative was quickly found. Fortunately, a window was tilted so that the mechanic could open it. This allowed me to climb into my apartment. I thank the employee for his great work and the additional advice on security technology.

We asked the locksmith Mangjolli about burglary protection. An appointment was then made and an employee came by and looked at our windows and doors. We were shocked to see how easy it is to break in. Of course, we commissioned this locksmith to make our apartment burglar-proof. We are very satisfied and can finally feel safe again.
