We needed a large number of modules and therefore contacted the store directly. Apparently, pallet shipping is not listed, but this was not a problem for the retailer.
We had no way of picking up so many solar modules at once (we needed 3 pallets of black Jinko modules). The store therefore arranged for the modules to be shipped directly from the manufacturer or a large warehouse. Many thanks again for the handling. In the end, it was cheaper and less complicated for us than picking it up ourselves.
We have had good experiences with the store and can only report good things.
We ordered on Monday and the inverter arrived on Friday. We had ordered a Sunny Tripower 10.0 from SMA. Unfortunately, an internal component was apparently defective. It was not possible to establish a connection via WLAN or LAN. In the end, we received a replacement. Good communication during troubleshooting.

We bought some solar modules and picked them up directly from their warehouse in NRW. With the larger quantity, it was even possible to adjust the price a little beforehand. We were unsure in advance whether the cables on the back of the module were long enough because the modules are often available on the market in different versions. Other dealers only referred us to the manufacturer's data sheet, which didn't help us any further. The customer service team at Solarkraft24 contacted the warehouse directly, briefly measured the values and confirmed the cable length. It can be that simple.
