-flexible scheduling
-very pleasant ambience, both indoors and in the garden
-price absolutely adequate (allowance with doctor's confirmation)

One feels as a human being and not simply as the next one who just comes today.
Keyword authenticity.
There are also comprehensive materials (books, poems, etc.) and examples are illustrated in a brain-friendly way.
Already after the first meeting, a lot has changed for me, even though I have been dragging my subject matter along for 7 years.
I am actually looking forward to more sessions, finally with big steps on the road to health.

I had a respectful and appreciative conversation, without trying to gloss over the facts and reality. There are some opportunities that companies offer all the time (for teambuilding, to increase performance, etc.), but if you just pretend, nothing will ever change, if you do not treat people with respect at eye level (responsibility / duty of care?), it is a "nice time out". I can recommend Mr. Laggner to people who really want to change something. Thank you, you have saved my life!

My concern regarding training for life and social counseling and creditability of my previous education and qualifications was comprehensively dealt with. Concrete steps to achieve the crediting at the responsible authority were helpfully discussed - with the support of Mr. Laggner I have reached my goal: As a certified social worker I now also have the trade license to practice in life and social counseling.
