I recently had a move from Munich to Frankfurt with UMEX Umzüge and I must say I was extremely impressed. The team was very professional and helpful. They were on time and made sure everything was carefully packed and safely transported.

I was especially impressed with their ability to listen to my needs and make sure everything went smoothly. The team was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.

I highly recommend UMEX Moving to anyone who needs a stress free and professional move. I would definitely use them again and am grateful for their excellent work.

We are super satisfied! From the application with on-site visit to the conclusion, everything went seriously and quickly. The moving team was thorough, packed everything neatly and completed everything within the estimated time frame. A cherry picker was used at both apartments, which certainly saved a lot of time and energy. Price-wise, Umex Moving was also one of the more affordable vendors. Thank you!

The communication and preliminary advice from the employee who took my call were very helpful. The conversation was competent and pleasant. The staff was very punctual, professional and above all always very polite and extremely pleasant in the on-site conversation - even though we inadvertently asked for much more than planned and agreed. Very correct billing. Big thank you! I hope I don't have to move so soon, but if I do, I will definitely use Simple Move again....

Found this moving company through GoogleSearch and can more than confirm all the positive reviews - just great!!!!

From request to end very very nice contact and clear communication on processing, requirements, wishes, necessities.

My move went smoothly, in planned time incl. also disposal of some furniture etc. included.
The movers were totally friendly, worked mega strategically with full commitment.
I am more than grateful for the help and performance of Umex.
Cartons and packing paper were also provided upon request beforehand.
Everything went according to my expectations, even better - almost a small miracle how fast, clean, fluid, efficient the move went.
Price - performance also top, the best offer I got from a large selection!
I can recommend Umex to everyone
full 5 stars and anytime again. Big thanks to the entire team!

The move went as discussed with the nice/competent gentleman on the first phone call. There were no additional/hidden costs. The 3 men were friendly, very hardworking and humorous. I have never moved in a more uncomplicated way and can only recommend the Umex Removals team.
