As customers for many years, we have always been advised very courteously and competently. The furnishings offered are consistently high quality with a coherent price-performance ratio.
The facilities are very tasteful and selected. The customer service is very courteous.

At no time we had the feeling of being under time pressure, but on the contrary, the shopping atmosphere is completely relaxed and pleasant in every way!.. We needed new glides for our chairs. The purchase was over 9 years ago and due to our move to Münster, we are not regular buyers. Nevertheless, they immediately took time for us, researched and sent the goods directly to us. It could not have been better. And not to forget, we are still highly satisfied with the chairs and still enjoy them.
