I have known Andre for a bit longer. That should be almost 10 years now🙂 . But the topic of real estate has interested me only since last year. Of course I had heard of it in advance and you read that more and more often lately. Well the everyday life just. Anyway, I found the whole process well organized. I always had the feeling that everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions, I could always clarify them with Andre. Of course, I first had to understand that the "good" apartments are quickly sold out. But then, after a bit of waiting, I bought in March and was surprised how smoothly and quickly I became the owner. The tenants were super nice, and the management took care of all the red tape. Investing is fun! I can only recommend... Thank you for it!

At first, the topic of real estate as an investment was not on my radar. Thanks to Mr. Klube I have dealt with it more closely. What can I say: Interest rates at inflation level, an investment that pays off great and an accompaniment from the concept, inspection, financing to the notary. That's how I imagine consulting!

Even to my "critical" questions Mr. Klube had the right answer. Professionally, all pros and cons were discussed and the right solution was found for me. I am very grateful that I had this support during the entire process. Currently I am already thinking about looking for my next property. I am curious what Mr. Klube has for me this time :o)) Thank you and LG
