Hello, we were initially well advised by the two salespeople. After we picked up the vehicle, the service was no longer really available. At first the air conditioning didn't work after they thought we weren't able to operate it. I have still not received a reply to my last email. The vehicle is ok so far, but we have some concerns about the drive and the rear wheels. We will be taking the vehicle to a workshop soon to have various things checked. I insisted that the major inspection be carried out when I bought the car, so I don't understand why we still found quality defects. Unfortunately, I have to admit that the advice I received from your sales staff after picking up the vehicle was very poor. As I said, I have still not received a reply to my email. I would very much like the dealership to continue to respond to our inquiries and to address the points raised. Vehicle Renault Megane (BJ.12/2020 15300 km 16740€) pick-up date although agreed 3 weeks in advance not kept, on the day of pick-up still at the reconditioner, vehicle partly still dirty, then after the drive home (180 km) of the pick-up known gross defect occurred (strong oil leakage in the engine compartment/oil pump). According to managing director Mr. Martens and Mr. Kaßecker immediate return not possible but only a repair of the vehicle / repair due to missing parts after 7 days not even started and a completion still uncertain, 10 days no contact from the dealership ... Result: Withdrawal from the purchase contract ONLY possible with lawyer and additional costs. Waited 7 weeks for repayment. To date, no apology or similar from DB Autohaus. Too bad...lots of nice colorful awards and nice displays in the showroom but the reality is unfortunately quite different...

The Ford Focus I bought in the spring has already had several defects.
Unfortunately, these were not dealt with as a gesture of goodwill.
For a customer who regularly buys cars from your company, this is unacceptable.
Our experience was very bad ,with very many questions always with excuse "no that was so".
An example at test drive was second floor in trunk and armrest there . At the time of purchase was already gone. Answer "no that was so". Now it turns out the window was broken, or we have discovered during window foiling even with remnants of glass. If you pay so much money then you expect better immediately. Nevertheless, thank you negative experience is also an experience.

A very pleasant buying experience! We became aware of DB Autohaus Maintal via mobile.de. After a short telephone contact, an on-site appointment was fixed. Afterwards, we were able to look around the premises and narrow down the vehicles of interest. We then received the corresponding vehicle keys and were able to look at the vehicles in peace and alone. Quite quickly 2 favorites were identified and with this information we went back to our salesman, Mr. Ebensperger. Here we received a super info to the selected model and its history. We were satisfied with the sale and the trade-in. We found this unobtrusive, yet attentive customer treatment very pleasant. A few days passed between the purchase and the handover, but the vehicle then also had a new general inspection and all relevant defects had been rectified. This great purchase experience, underpinned by the top support from Mr. Ebensperger, moved us on the day of pickup to consider another vehicle. I think that we will close another deal in a few days. Our conclusion: DB Autohaus Maintal is a top address!
