Frau Anbari hat mich in wirklich komplexen Fragen zu Beihilfe, Zusatzversicherungen, Übergang von beihilfeberechtigten Kinder in die eigene private und/oder gesetzliche Krankenversicherung beraten - da werden Entscheidungen getroffen und Grundsteine gelegt, die für den Rest des Lebens der Kinder relevat sind - und das hervorragend! Sie ist ebenso kompetent, wie aufmerksam, denkt mit und ersinnt die optimale Lösung auch für komplizierte Sachverhalte. Das Einzige, was ich bereue ist, dass ich mich nicht schon früher an sie gewandt habe. Eine solche Beratung würde ich wirklich jedem dringend und uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Most of the time I was handled by Mrs. Christiane Schneider, who was very patient , clear with all her explanations about the different insurances and how to choose the right insurance for me. She speak fluent English which was very important for me as a non German speaker. And a big plus -- for every kind of insurance she sent me a document of 1-2 pages with a short explanation about it and it's terms , this saved me a lot of time and questions. *****

As a self-employed expat living in Germany, figuring out my insurance situation was a handful to say the least.

I've spoken with multiple traditional and digital (e.g. Ottonova or Feather) insurance providers but as much as I'm pro tech, I had to go with Weiss Insurance. Why? A combination of unquestionable field expertise and unbeatable customer service. I cannot underscore how good and personalized the customer service was.

Mein Fall war so komplex, dass mein erster Ansprechpartner mir keine Lösung anbieten konnte. Auf Empfehlung von einem sehr engen Freund habe ich meine kompletten Hoffnungen in das Versicherungsbüro Weiss gesetzt. Es wurde nicht an Zeit und Mühe gescheut eine Lösung zu finden. Alle Optionen wurden genau erklärt.
Ich bin glücklich und sehr dankbar für den Tipp.

We moved to Germany recently and needed to organize many types of insurance quickly. Daniel helped us, in perfect English, to understand all the important insurances available and common in Germany. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything and we only chose the products we felt were best for us. I ask a lot of questions, but Daniel carefully and promptly answered all of them. We now have liability, household, legal and life insurance and decided against pension insurance. We feel confident in our choices because of Daniel's expert advice. I thoroughly recommend anyone to use their services. They also provide an excellent ongoing service so that we do not have to deal with the insurance companies directly in case of a claim or an update in our information. This saves a lot of time.

I personally have a brilliant experience regarding KFZ, Halfplicht, Rechtschutz, Krankenversicherung. In few occasions, Mr. Daniel Weiss even extended his support over a weekend. I highly recommended them for all insurance related matters in Germany. They not only get me the best offer, but act on my behalf for the claims as well (if any).

Great support for health insurance: decision for transition from public (GSK) into private (PKV) and for choice of carrier and plan. Daniel had the patience to answer all my hundreds of questions, all in English and always with a good humor. Highly recommended
