I and my soon to be wife wanted to buy a specific car and once we came to Autohaus24 in Ludwigsfelde, he welcomed us with smile and really great English language skills!
First he showed the car, gave keys and just let us have some fun checking what exactly are we looking at.
After quick looking and poking inside the car, we went to his bureau where we spoke about the technicalities and also ways of financing our "new" used car, since we didn't want to pay the whole car price at once.
He took us through all the steps and helped us get financing the very next day!
Also we got it registered quite fast.
I really recommend Sir Magura.

Mr. Noak is a very nice, competent seller. The email contact was very friendly and the answers always came within minutes, which is by no means a matter of course nowadays. Even the lightning appointment to pick up the vehicle was made possible. All in all, the car purchase went completely smoothly, I got the new vehicle at a very good price and I was also satisfied with the trade-in of my old car. Actually I was with Christian. Due to illness, the conclusion and the handover took place at Hans Fock. Purchase contract processing was acceptable whereby a mobility warranty for 300 € was calculated into the financing, which had to be complained only at the second look again, because it was not so clear from the purchase contract itself.
The transaction went quickly. The vehicle was registered quickly and a handover appointment was made quickly. This is commendable.
However, the handover itself was very poor. One was unkindly dispatched. After I should sign before sighting the vehicle a handover certificate with vehicle check with various non-verifiable vehicle services and I was not given a copy / copy, I was brought with my partner to the vehicle, where the key was already inserted and the engine was running. This gave the impression that the customer should just quickly go away before he could notice anything else on the vehicle.
Approximately 80 km after the vehicle handover, the tire indicator light came on. After checking the tires, I found that the tire pressure on all tires was 0.4 bar below the prescribed pressure. I seem to remember that this point was also listed in the vehicle checklist. So much for the services performed at handover. The only thing that really happened was that the second remote control was repaired as promised.
Conclusion: The offer (especially my offer) has been good from the price-performance ratio.
Through the Easter offer with the financing I have a three-year warranty with extensive services bottom line for 300 € more received. This has been a good offer in view of the very good vehicle price.
The vehicle was also registered quickly. In this respect, Mr. Fock has also performed quickly. Also the misunderstanding with the mobility warranty I do not rate as serious. You just have to be careful what you pay in the end, taking into account the financing, and then complain. This is then also canceled without complaint as desired.
However, the delivery was very unseriös and ultimately seemed like a mega unseriöse car dealer who wants to subjubeln a garbage and after settlement the wide search.
Great feeling from the beginning. Contact via email and phone super friendly. Great advice on site and lots of patience. Everything always exactly as it was described on the website.

An incredibly unseriöser type. Lets me full 300 km into the dealership "Gurken" to me then cancel a planned test drive on site because the Baterrie is all. Then incredibly inflexible in problem solving and then even stroppy. Of course, puts the customer on the spot under pressure with the statement he has another purchase commitment although he has reserved the car for me. That was a wasted day for me.
On the phone before friendly but in the store then shows the true face. I am pissed off. What a dubious shit !
The Berliner would say: "Herr Magura is ne' Wucht!"
Had a lot of patience with us and was always in a good mood. We were always well informed and kept up to date. 33 e-mails with one customer - you first have to get up these nerves :-)
