Stefan supported us very early in our building project and helped us to see clearly. As a house builder without experience, you go into a project like this with a lot of romanticized ideas and are never really aware of the assumptions you make, which are usually naïve. And how these can be brought together with the available budget as well as the building-technical and regulatory requirements. Apart from that, he knows what makes sense and what can be saved and is a good corrective to the developer, who in the end only wants to sell you as much as possible. In the end, we unfortunately didn't build because the general conditions simply weren't right. If we had built, we would have been very happy if Stefan had accompanied the construction of the house to the end and kept an eye on the developer.
