Mr. Franken examined our "aging" business model and identified plenty of potential for optimization, which we then realized together. A key component of the measures was the use of modern digitization methods in the areas of marketing, sales and processes. But our strategic orientation would also be amended, as we now focus on the customer segments with which we also produce very profitable sales. Apart from the massive increase in the profitability of our company, the mood among the workforce has risen noticeably, as middle management in particular has quickly registered that jobs are secure and that the company once again has encouraging prospects for the future. Mr. Franken has become an important confidant who also has an ear for private issues. We are aware of the fact that this very good evaluation will lead to a further promotion of his good workload, which could lead to him spending less time for us, but on the one hand, one must not only grumble when something does not work, but also highlight when everything just works out. On the other hand, we have secured our monthly consulting quota via the FRANKEN-CONSULTING CaaS-Card, which we also consider to be very customer-friendly. All in all, we are very satisfied with the cooperation and thank Mr. Franken and his team.
