I am very satisfied with Heinz von Heiden.

All the "garbage" that is sometimes written initially worried me - UNFORTUNATELY!!!

There is no price increase - the fixed price remains and that was my biggest concern, as interest rates have been a real mess over the last 2 years. You can plan better with a fixed price.

All the workers who worked on my house were very friendly and professional.

There were no construction errors and if something needed to be changed, it was changed immediately without discussion.

The only thing that might have been negative = the time from contract to moving in was very long.

A big thank you goes to all the employees who looked after me and especially to Mr. Mensching, my construction manager.

(don't forget, negative reviews are not the result of one-sided failure - there are always two sides to a story).

I had no idea about building a house, but with Heinz von Heiden I had a reliable partner. I'm finally living in MY house and I'm happy with it!

Mr. Muß advised us very competently from planning to construction. With his wealth of knowledge, he can answer and explain planning and construction questions very well. He responds quickly by phone or email. Contacting him is therefore uncomplicated. Even after the contract has been signed, he is there to help and advise us. We feel very comfortable with him, he is not pushy, but a very pleasant, calm advisor who always takes time for us. We really enjoyed the house inspection with the VR glasses. We are very satisfied and thank Mr. Muß very much for his extraordinary commitment.

Mr. Clemens always provided us with very good advice. He responded to emails immediately, usually on the same day or within a few hours. The personal contact in his office was just as prompt. Mr. Clemens not only assisted us in the selection of the house, but also helped us through the large bureaucratic requirements for the realization of our building project. For example, he obtained important documents from the relevant authorities himself or provided us with a plan of action for the necessary visits to the authorities. He even reacted flexibly when the building plot changed at short notice. We always felt that we were in good hands and well advised by Mr. Clemens.

Herr Brumm hat für uns auf der Suche nach einer passenden Hausbaufirma DEN Unterschied gemacht!
Nach verschiedenen Terminen mit mehreren Hausbaufirmen haben wir uns bei Herrn Brumm zum ersten Mal als potentielle Kunden ernst genommen und gut beraten gefühlt. Dabei waren die „Verkaufsgespräche“ weder von Augenwischerei noch von Drängen auf eine Vertragsunterzeichnung geprägt, sondern vielmehr von fachlicher Top-Beratung sowie viel Geduld und Engagement uns als Kunden gegenüber.
Herr Brumm hatte für Fragen unsererseits jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und war für uns stets ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner, fachlich wie menschlich.
