Mr. Preckel explains everything very precisely and in detail. One recognizes the long experience and expertise and feels properly advised. Nothing is sold or forced on you. It is very important to him to create an all-round carefree package, whereby the customer's wishes are always in the foreground. He only finishes his work when everything has been resolved to his satisfaction, even if the contract takes longer to process. He always asks until the contract has reached the customer (the last processing took us almost 3 months with the insurance company). However, we were always informed about the status of the contract. A clear recommendation from our side. Thank you very much.

Double success story:
We were looked after by Mr. Preckel a few years ago when buying a property for the first time so excellently that we were happy to recommend him to acquaintances and friends afterwards but also above all "consciously kept him in mind just in case".
