I was able to gain an insight into "Krav Maga" as part of our teacher health day at the school. It was a very successful event in which individual questions were also answered. I really enjoyed the practical exercises and putting the techniques into practice and I really learned something in the workshop that I could use for defense.

I was there today for the trial training and directly thrilled! 😉A great troop-good group strength, Bernd is a great instructor, interesting good training approaches - meets exactly what I imagine. "Everyday", well implementable approaches and technique for self-defense. In addition, background knowledge paired with a relaxed atmosphere and fun. Even for a woman in her mid-fifties without a well-trained fitness figure, like me. I look forward to the training.

I was particularly satisfied with the confidence-inspiring environment. You could talk about your own experiences and were encouraged to think about solutions. New methods were explained in an understandable way. I would recommend the workshop to others, because I was not only taught how to move, but my emotional state was also taken into account. At no moment did I feel uncomfortable and my fears were used to prepare me for possible confrontations.

It is also dealt with the avoidance of the conflict situations. The mix of members (female / male / young / old) is very pleasant, really everyone can participate. The content of the training is practical. Even after a few training sessions, you have the feeling that you have learned something and have taken something with you for practice. I can only recommend a trial training.

I have been to a Female Workshop several times and I have always enjoyed it and it was always different. Every topic can be addressed openly. You always take something with you in terms of experience. I can only recommend it to every woman, young or old. When the weather was good, we trained outside and tried out things for self-protection, which was great. Making women strong is a great thing and Bernd is always there with all his heart :-) Next time I will be there again.

I was very surprised how positive this course was for me personally. The knowledge to assert oneself and to perceive one's environment with different eyes. To overcome the personal inhibition threshold
and to know how and what to do if you get into a situation that is dangerous for yourself and others.

It was an absolutely practice-oriented seminar. The trainer dealt with all individuals and situations individually and taught simple but effective self-defense options that can simply be called up automatically with regular practice.
The fear of "defending oneself early" was also taken away.
All in all, absolutely recommendable.
