Krav Maga is basically open to all people and everyone finds his Krav Maga suitable for himself, I also always share this in my trainings.
Should this have created the impression with you that we offer individual 1:1 coaching m regular training so I am very sorry. What we do, however, is the use of video recordings and individual improvement suggestions.
However, these also take place in our Regular - Trainings. However, not always in every training session, because they always have a different focus. But even here we have specials where this is then offered more extensively.
Almost all participants of the past years have always followed our trainings very positively and with enthusiasm, so that they could and can develop their own Krav Maga.
