Very friendly and competent initial consultation. Has a lot of experience and can definitely help you! Unfortunately, in the end it came to no further cooperation, but this was definitely NOT due to Mr. Höse. We would have been happy to go the way of real estate financing with him. It was especially useful for me to be well prepared for the purchase of real estate. What options are there and how it looks with the financial situation. In addition, you could also look at the financial situation again in detail then project-specific and has ggfs immediately a feedback whether the financing is possible. Without having to run to different banks and ask for the conditions, it was possible here on the portal across banks, and usually at short notice. For the broker, there was also a written financing commitment on top. All in all, it was crucial for me to have found the way to my property. They also responded to questions about the contract during the financing process. Everything top.

Max always took the necessary time. Had or sought an understandable and satisfactory answer to every question. Also had a sympathetic ear on the sidelines or outside of his office hours.

From the first phone call, I knew that Max was the right one.
In the preliminary conversation, they talked very openly about my wishes and possibilities. Max is then also very honest and says whether it is feasible or not.
3 days later, a video call was made and then I was presented various components of a financing. I was really excited how he put together the components with my wishes and possibilities.
Completely different advice as with my house bank .
All necessary documents submitted and then the financing was very quickly through. This is because Max sets everything up so well in advance.

We were able to create and successfully conclude a suitable financing solution for our needs and circumstances. Mr. Höse is very familiar with the different forms of financing and plays through various scenarios with you until you find the right one. He is very flexible in terms of time, so that even in the evenings after work he is able to make arrangements. He is also very fast in processing the available information, so that in the case of popular properties he is able to act quickly. Again and again with pleasure!

Very clear recommendation. We contacted Mr. Höse in advance of a house inspection. We wanted to be advised what would be possible and feasible for us.

Actually, our situation was hopeless at the time, but Mr. Hösel has spent a miracle and the loan was approved. What I personally find quite great, that you can practically always reach Mr. Hösel. Gave me a good feeling. In addition, has always answered so that I could understand everything, because there were of course some terms that I did not know.
