I am active in three associations in different positions and have been relying on Mr. Blatz's expertise for a long time. Whether as a listener at his lectures at the Volunteer Agency, as a participant in the association guide course or booked directly for his own events in the association, Mr. Blatz shines with his competent specialist knowledge. The District Council of Seniors Schwäbisch Hall held a workshop with Mr. Blatz on the topic of how to recruit new volunteers and how to prepare and organize a change of leadership in the seniors' groups. The number of participants was very large with 40 people. Mr. Baltz succeeded in keeping all the participants engaged in the topic for the whole day. The usual lamentations at such formats did not arise. The event was characterized by a positive, forward-looking mood. Even after the lunch break there was no low point. The participants were very pleased with the mix of methods and practical tips. The feedback was universal. We go home with many suggestions, tips and new tools. The event was very worthwhile. We can highly recommend Mr. Blatz and would gladly invite him again at any time.

Mr. Blatz provided technical support for the online general meeting of our association (approx. 40 participants) in August 2023 and conducted secret ballots at the request of the meeting chair. Since not all members are tech-savvy, careful preparation (training date!) and continuous technical support during the meeting was necessary.

Mr. Blatz and his colleague handled these tasks very professionally and with a great deal of friendliness, objectivity, patience and flexibility. The board was able to concentrate fully on the presentation and discussion of the agenda items. The support provided by Mr. Blatz and his colleague thus constituted an essential basis for the success of the meeting.

We turned to Mr. Blatz with our singing club, because I already knew him from a club seminar and I already had an extremely positive impression of him and his work there. Already the preparation of our multi-part workshop was uncomplicated and quick. Mr. Blatz was always on time and absolutely prepared to the point. Our topics were the missing and mostly older members and the filling of the choir director position, as well as the board. Due to our "large construction site" and the seemingly hopeless perspective, Mr. Blatz did not have an easy time with us. However, through clever questions and also unconventional methods, he was able to awaken our team spirit and the hope that there are indeed possibilities to solve our problems. He did not present us with 0815 standard answers, but together with us developed our own approaches that were suitable for us and also showed us how to proceed. Now it is up to us to implement this. Thank you very much again, Mr. Blatz!

Fundraising Seminar for associations , 2 days , Fritz Erler Forum .
Mr. Blatz is a highly professional expert , familiar with all aspects of the subject , always available for questions , very communicative and appreciative in personal contact , didactically well positioned , confident in the moderation of group processes and a positive , energetic working attitude promoting . The seminar left nothing to be desired, I went home with so much information that I had never hoped to get.
My clear recommendation: this man is worth his money!

The club coaching with Mr. Blatz is very well structured and goal-oriented. Mr. Blatz focuses his coaching entirely on the individual needs of the participants. He attaches great importance to the independent development of the questions, problem solutions and formulation of the goals to be achieved. He always gives helpful impulses and assistance. Through his poisitive and encouraging manner, he always encourages the participants to actively participate.

From the beginning, we felt that the atmosphere was very open and that there was room to talk.
Mr. Blatz took the time to get to know our problems in the association and to let us discover for ourselves, through specific questions, what was lacking and how we could find solutions.
We found the step-by-step approach very easy to implement, especially for later when we want to use what we have learned in the club.
Really encouraged, we are now in the middle of planning our new annual program. We think that already this year, which will be the 2nd year of the association under our double board of directors from April on, the fruits of the coaching will be clearly visible.

The club coaching provided us with very good impetus and food for thought for our work as the board of a mass sports club. Together with Mr. Blatz, we have, for example, developed innovative ideas for the recruitment of exercise instructors. Overall, the club coaching was very good for us as a board and for the club.

We, the Deutscher Fernschachbund e.V., an association with about 1500 members scattered all over Germany, were faced with the necessity to hold this year's general meeting as an online event. For this we were looking for a professional help, who had experience in the realization of such events. We found this help in Mr. Michael Blatz and his staff. He provided us with the infrastructure for this event and helped our members to familiarize themselves with the technology in a preceding event. Michael Blatz led sovereignly through our general meeting, so that we could carry out all votes smoothly. Both workshops in frontal lecture format were professionally prepared and conducted. The slides presented via beamer were entertaining and informative.
Mr. Blatz spoke completely freely, has a remarkable wealth of experience from which he obviously freely, nevertheless thematically always coming back to the slides led through the workshop. He was happy to answer the individual and specific questions of the participants in such a way that the listeners (from associations of various stripes) were always able to take away something for themselves, even from thematically completely different associations.
