More structure would have been good: when comes which wine, which cheese when and why. The sommelier could bring more info himself instead of asking the participants.
Last year we liked the tasting with chocolate a little better. Cheese and wine expert could have been more coordinated with each other, both have reported to me too much separately and incoherently.
Nevertheless, it was nice and interesting, thank you :)
The event as such was really very nice. Many thanks to Manuela Steinberger. However, the service around it is really in need of improvement. In the package was a different wine than shown on the cards. Then we got a new card sent to us. But it was the wrong one again. I found the snacks delicious. However, the snack package was out of proportion to the price. Chocolate should have been included, but was also missing.
