I am unfortunately appalled that the woman Gürbüz at Nazar is still active I had a negative incident with this lady who is praised here in high tones, I thought Nazar is professional the lady should treat me on a Saturday to my delight it did not come to that! The lady was very drunk that day so that she could not hold the pen where she wrote the receipt. When I should go then she grabbed me by the arm and threw me out after my telephone complaint I got a treatment for free, for which I have only absolutely no understanding is that the lady still works there I would like to share this experience in the hope that in this branch what changes because that was once very good, unfortunately, many good employees are gone.
