The handling of the subject of fear was clearly explained and also possible solutions were well explained to get out of the fear.the meditation was also a good support. The next day the fear was more conscious for the time being, since the topic is rarely addressed. Thank you for the experience!

Sadhvi Shanti has made a lot of self-experience in the field of yoga, coaching, etc....... and shows great knowledge. This is noticeable and she is able to convey it well. With humor, appreciation and empathy she lets the participants share her experiences. Through practical exercises and the imparting of helpful techniques, each participant was able to make self-experiences that led to more self-knowledge. With helpful advice adapted to the individual situation, each of us was able to take away problem-solving techniques for ourselves and dare to take the first steps towards implementing them in our daily lives.
