Workmanship and quality: Very good. It can happen that a grille doesn't fit due to production reasons. Digitalization: I am absolutely thrilled with how well a medium-sized (German!) company has been digitized.

Value for money: To be honest, I'm torn on this one. It's a lot of money for aluminum profiles and plastic... On the other hand, the manufacturing is (hopefully) done in Germany, and we want decent wages and good service. Consultation: Basically very good—accurate work, precise measurements, friendly and efficient. My biggest disappointment is that the swing door could have been better designed. The design wasted usable passage width. I have already explained this in detail by email and with photos. However, the response was rather mediocre. Technically – also due to my CAD design background – I am sure that this would have been possible. With this alternative, the visible frame would no longer have been symmetrical, but we would have gained 2.5 cm of passage width. I really would have liked this option to have been offered to me. Unfortunately, it was not suggested – now we are missing precisely these 2 cm of passage width on our veranda door (for which we had an asymmetrically divided window installed especially).
