Mr. Weyel is a really competent and cooperative professional. He is also very friendly. Whenever I had any question he always guided me. Apart from that he gives good advice. We evaluated the house on cost to benefit analysis. Although one is free to make his decisions but I considered his advices/recommendations before making a decision. I am enjoying working with him.

We were able to sell our house quickly and were very positively surprised by the valuation by Mr. Weyel. The purchase price that was notarized was 80,000€ above our original idea. We thank Mr. Weyel infinitely for his commitment and his performance and are already very much looking forward to our new home, where we can and will fall back on the active support of Mr. Weyel.

Together with Mr. Weyel we "tinkered" our dream house. It was a very exciting and beautiful time in which we felt very well advised at all times. Mr. Weyel was there for us at any time of the day when we had questions again. We could rely on him. Mr. Weyel combines fun and competence with ease. Even when the direct care was over, he was still always available for tricky questions/concerns. It was a great time, which among other things Mr. Weyel made it! Many thanks! Absolutely recommend!

Mr. Weyel already showed himself to be very competent in the first contact and is personally very convinced of the house construction by the company Heinz von Heiden. He conducted a calm and objective consultation in which all factual questions about the topic of "house construction" were answered. Due to his competence and sympathetic nature, Mr. Weyel quickly gained our trust. In addition, Mr. Weyel is very reliable and easy to reach and also timely responses were received by phone calls, Whatsapp and e-mails.

Diesen hätten Sie so bestätigen müssen.
Das ist seit Mai letzten Jahres Pflicht durch die DSGVO.
Sie bewerten mich mit "mangelhaft" weil Sie kein Expose bekommen haben.
Diesen haben Sie nicht aktiviert und bestätigt. Also liegt es in Ihrem Verschulden das Sie kein Expose bekommen haben.
Ich durfte also gar keinen Kontakt zu Ihnen aufnehmen.

Wenn Sie Probleme mit dem Link hatten, hätten Sie auch wie so viele andere Anrufen können.
Sie haben ja aber auch keine Telefonnummer hinterlassen.
Das ist auch noch immer kein Grund mit „Mangelhaft“ zu bewerten nur weil Sie estwas nicht bekommen haben.
Viele andere haben das verstanden und es ist auch zum Verkauf gekommen.
Das Sie ein direkter Nachbar sind, wollten Sie sicherlich auch nur "schauen" und möglichst anonym bleiben. Ansonsten hätten Sie es wie viele andere Nachbarn machen können und einfach mal anklingeln können.

P.S. Andere Interessenten, sogar die die es leider nicht kaufen konnten weil sie zeitlich 2.und 3. Sieger waren, haben trotzdem fair bewertet und eine gute Bewertung für meine Dienstleistung hinterlassen.

Danke an das Team von Provent Expert für den hervorragenden Service. Eine nachweislich falsche Bewertung nach Schriftverkehr und Nachweis des Verschuldens durch den Bewerter nicht zu bearbeiten und den Kontakt zum Bewerter zu suchen. Weiter so...!
