Very friendly, competent and personal advice in a pleasant atmosphere; opportunity to test different systems in the practice for a long time; top hearing aid with improvement in quality of life (I wear the hearing aid for at least 13 to 14 hours a day). The only thing I have not rated is my experience, which I cannot yet assess due to the short time I have been wearing the hearing aid. Thank you very much!

Everything is wonderful. The only criticism I have concerns Phonak (the 70 series is already very expensive, it's amazing how many features are missing compared to the 90 series, so I decided to go for the 90 series), and not the team. You guys are great!
