It was my first cruise, which was only dreamlike from the beginning. 14 days only sun and that in Norway. The travel agency has taken a lot of time to plan this ship route and processing through AIDA Cruises. Everything was just perfect, therefore 5 stars.

We have been loyal customers for many years. No matter what bookings (individual modules, hotel, rental car, package tours, long-distance travel, ....), we have only had good experiences. Also with problems always fast one helped. The "Ambiente ladies" are always very friendly and also have good tips ready.

A big thank you to Mrs. Martin. Without her competence and expertise, I would certainly not have booked my long-distance trip. So she has realistically estimated developments in airfares and her recommendation to book soon , was worth cash. Ms. Martin was always available immediately, or got back to me within a very short time.
For my next trip I will certainly contact Mrs. Martin....
