After a call from André, I made an appointment with him without any expectation. André is very sympathetic, authentic and takes time for everything. Even my very crazy Jack Russell has not brought him out of the calm and on the second visit there were even treats (I have not experienced so yet, really great). Above all, I find it very good that he looks at the personal financial situation and shows you realistically what is possible and explains everything understandably. Even if you reject something, this is not by hook or by crook. I can only recommend him.

We have been dealing with André several times lately and are fully satisfied.
It is not a typical dispatch as you know it. He takes his time and responds to the needs and wishes. We have 2 daughters who often have bumblebees in the butt and even you feel very comfortable with him. That is children's noise and a bustling environment is no problem and does not bring him out of calm. It is often very difficult in everyday life to get everything under one hat, so he always visits us at home, which we are very happy about. Together we work on our ideas for the future, our plans and wishes.

A good conversation with a friend, he stands with advice and action to the side. No fuzzy technical jargon but clear statements and easy to understand explanations.

Competence and experience combined with humor and humanity.
This is a very pleasant way to be advised.
He is very flexible with appointments and the answers come quickly for questions outside of the appointment. No beating around the bush. If something is not possible, it is honestly said and looked for alternatives.

Mr. Preuß is a very competent advisor who really goes to a lot of trouble to ensure that ours does not pay insurance policies that are absolutely worthless on balance, unfortunately some such insurance policies were "talked up" to us by other brokers. Everyone knows the announcement, "I have someone who can give you great advice", mostly it is then "consultants" , who have completed a course at a company and then search their circle of acquaintances. I don't need that and I don't want it. Andre Preuß was also recommended to us and I was rather averse to it and also withdrew from it at the beginning and let my wife do it. But now I must/will admit that Andre Preuß does not belong to the category I mentioned. The man knows what he is talking about and does not try the customer "Irgendwas" "anzudrehen"!!! Mr. Preuß looks very carefully where things can be improved and where not. One feels really well advised and our experience has also shown that one was also really well advised. We pay for all services today far less than before and have even better services!!! Apart from that, every conversation with Mr. Preuß was extremely pleasant, he is simply a likeable person with very high expertise. So not the "I took a course" type. Mr. Preuß knows very well what he offers and only offers it when it makes sense.
I know the company "Proventus" only through Mr. Preuß, but I can say that if all consultants are like Mr. Preuß, then this company has done everything right.

Mr. Preuß made a very competent impression from the very first consultation.
He takes a lot of time to respond to individual needs. In the end, you get a product that always offers the best price/performance ratio.
Unnecessary things are in no way "talked up". Only things that you want or that fit your current life situation are discussed.
If I have any questions or problems concerning my insurance, Mr. Preuß can be reached at any time and provides quick, qualified information. My top contact person for all insurance questions and can therefore be recommended without reservation.
