Genuine, deep-rooted enthusiasm for what she does. That's what I assume Yvonne Lenz has after yesterday, when we worked intensively on the topic of positioning in a joint workshop. Yvonne has an affection for her customers and her profession that I have rarely experienced: For her, it is a way of life to be there for others, to work with them at eye level and to prepare the decisions as equal partners, but the customer always makes them.
Yvonne Lenz has completely captivated me and I am very happy that there are colleagues like her in our industry, which many still believe cannot be "inspiring" at all. Yvonne gets it right - and as a result, alongside her customers, she is successful in the long term. She has found her center of life. And is the new kind of "insurance aunt," as she calls herself. She has arrived in the present and the future. Chapeau!
