I was particularly satisfied with EVERYTHING. The courses by Dr. Eva-Maria Casteel, Beflügelt.vet, are simply helpful all round and make you capable of acting in the world of chickens. This is extremely important, especially in view of the small number of vets who know chickens. I also think it's great that the content is very comprehensible and at the same time goes into depth. Really great!

This course is really fun! Super prepared videos, tons of useful information and the most detailed answers to questions in the course group. I had so many questions, everything was answered to my satisfaction. And through the questions of the other course participants, you learn a lot of things that could be useful at some point. Many thanks from me and the chickens!

I am really, honestly and truly impressed!
Despite visiting my regular vet, he was only able to help me with my hen to a limited extent and there isn't a single poultry specialist around here that I could have possibly gone to!
That's when I remembered Dr. Casteel, who I had been following on Instagram for a while.
After writing to her, sending her pictures, videos and other information, I quickly made an appointment on her website. Setting up this appointment was totally simple!
Right on time, at the booked time, we had our consultation with Dr. Casteel...and what can I say? It was great! She already knew the history of our chicken, which is why we looked for a solution together and found it :-)
It was unusual to have an online consultation, of course, but it was still very confidential and above all at eye level!
I already know that I will contact them again if I have a veterinary chicken problem :-)
In short: Yup, I definitely loved it!

It was a very positive experience. We can, with problems around chicken or rooster, only advise it, because we were helped by this online consultation more than at the vet visit on site. Although Dr. Casteel did not know our Lola, she immediately knew what was wrong with her by asking specific questions.

For me alls chicken newbie always valuable tips and interesting contributions.

Dr. Casteel made herself familiar with the situation in advance and has not been able to help me directly with my problem, but still point a direction , why some chickens have died to me in the last 3 years adhoc . She gave me advice for health strengthening , also as a prophylaxis attempt and explained to me what to look out for . It could be that it is the Schwarzkopf disease, which is not treatable. However, this diagnosis could only be confirmed by a dead chicken and the "opening".... I chose the online consultation, because no vet in the near vicinity treats chickens. I particularly like the fact that the articles almost always address the problems of the current season, like this time the article about the grass cuttings in the outlet. I too have dumped the catch basket in the outlet in the past, but will no longer do so in the future. Keep up the good work.

Always interesting tips and tricks around poultry. Whether beginner or already years of chicken experience. There is always good input here. For me, the perfect combination of newsletter and Instagram, for quick info and focus topics.

The online seminars "Sick chicken what now" and "Heat stress" have given me as a chicken novice a lot of confidence and are a great help.
The monthly tips in the newsletter are a good suggestion.

I use the newsletter and the blog to get sound tips for keeping chickens, because here I know that there is know-how behind it.

I still have no chickens, so I can not evaluate the advice in the literal sense yet....ich get but on 18.6. hatching eggs from Swedish flower chickens. Am curious whether I get everything done.
