I've practised Yoga for some time and what I have discovered is that AcroYoga is something different. Generally, in classical yoga you usually focus on your inner state of mind, your own feelings and physical condition, in AcroYoga you will discover the magic of coordination and balance, as well as the special skills of cooperation in a teamwork with other participants. It is very important to feel your partner, at the same time, that skill from a completely different perspective, allows you to better understand your own limits.
