reminded me again - NOTHING! Last week I received an invoice from the workshop (electronics problem immediately after handover) with the note that my warranty insurance had not covered all the costs and that I should transfer the rest. In this way I found out that the insurance I had paid for had been used in my name without my consent, instead of settling this via the dealer's warranty. I asked Mr. Jahrendt for all the relevant documents. Nothing.

I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Gockel as my salesman for my car purchase and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him. From the beginning, Mr. Gockel was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very helpful.
He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and offered me a wide range of options to suit my requirements. What particularly impressed me was his honesty and transparency throughout the process. Wanted to test drive a car today. An appointment was made. However, I could only do the test drive if a decision was made afterwards. During the conversation, I then explained that I would make the decision and as soon as the money from the insurance company was in my account, I could make the deposit and sign the contract. After that, it was no longer possible to drive. The gentleman said how long he should reserve the car for me. Blah blah blah. I tried to explain to him that he didn't have to reserve it, that if it was gone I was out of luck. But no chance. When it was still called Sixt Carsales the service was 1000 times better.
