Last week we spontaneously went to Auto 24 to look at a vehicle.
Even then, Mr. Umlauf was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.
We were able to look at the vehicle in peace and try out a few things.
Afterwards Mr. Umlauf answered all our questions and we always had the feeling to get good and serious advice.
Today we had the appointment for the test drive and again Mr. Umlauf was very helpful, informative and courteous.
During the subsequent conversation, even our last questions were answered and Mr. Umlauf also showed here a professional and human manner that we appreciated very much. We felt very well cared for by Mr. Umlauf in all matters and thus it came to the purchase of the vehicle.
Now we are looking forward to pick up our car and we are sure that this will be well organized by Mr. Umlauf.
Auto 24 can only be congratulated to have such employees as Mr. Umlauf in the ranks.
We can absolutely recommend Auto 24 and say a big THANK YOU to Mr. Umlauf !!!!

Poor
I have never been able to reach Mr. Umlauf, he has been in touch sporadically after I have tried to reach him via email, tel message, and via the contact request. Although I have already sent for 2 weeks the requested documents for the financing, and he has told me for a week that he sends me the offer for the financing on the same day, he has not sent anything yet and also has not contacted me despite again e-mail, and message in the AB. We are very dissatisfied and hope that it will soon continue with the purchase of the car.
