Mr. Pretz was very friendly and answered all our questions, even when I asked him again at least twice by email. He always explained everything to me well (important for older ladies;-) ....
The reception was good and he gave very competent advice. We felt that we were in good hands, also because of his perceived honesty and open manner!
For such a large dealership, we were pleasantly surprised at how the processes were.
The car is not quite in our possession yet, but that will be good!
We will definitely recommend him to others!

From the first phone call to the conclusion of the purchase contract, we felt very professionally and customer-friendly accompanied by Mr. Umlauf during our car purchase. The service provided by Autohaus24 with regard to the registration of the purchased vehicle and the upcoming handover within two weeks really leaves nothing to be desired. Even the fresh TÜV inspection is already included. My absolute recommendation.
