I would recommend Mr. Liampotis because he took his time during the consultation and explained the exact costs, services and procedure for the arrival of a caregiver (3 to 7 days) and the availability of the care agency during the assignment.
With regard to the costs, he explained what can be taken into account by the care insurance fund.

As a family caregiver, I made an enquiry for my brother-in-law.

I have only had very good experiences.
The regional representative from Koblenz was always there for me as a contact person.
Telephone calls were answered promptly and, as an inexperienced person, I always felt very well supported in my search for care for a close relative.
The caregiver himself makes a very good, friendly and hard-working impression.
I am convinced that it will be a very good collaboration.
I will definitely recommend Brinkmann Pflegevermittlung to others.

We are very satisfied because we were able to get a nursing assistant for our mother through Brinkmann in a timely manner.
The carer has now been with us for 3 weeks and is very committed.
The two ladies get on well.
We hope that everything will continue to run smoothly after a change of carer.

I am particularly impressed by the exemplary customer service. Mr. Wand takes his time, responds to every question, I feel excellently supported and advised here on all questions relating to 24-hour placement. I have been with the agency for about 7 weeks. My mother (caregiver) gets along well with the caregiver. We had a change that went very quickly and was implemented very well. Mr. Wand's vacation replacement was also fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say so far. And I can absolutely recommend the agency.
