Mr. liampotis came to my parents' home.
He made himself on the spot a picture of the one to be cared for and the premises for the nurse.
He was very empathetic. He was and is very reliable in contact.
He took his time. Through his cheerful, friendly and open manner, we had immediate confidence that he will find a suitable caregiver.
It is nice to know him in the background.

Very nice advice and great support for all questions. One immediately takes care of all arising concerns. I can only recommend the care agency. Also, the selected caregiver (the first lady for my mother) not only fully meets our expectations, but partially exceeds them. We are glad to have found such a good agency the first time. Good mediation and good care has of course its price, because the costs are for our claim rather in the upper range.
