Recommendation
My family doctor recommended Brinkmann Pflegevermittlung to help care for my brother. I went there right away and was warmly welcomed and advised even without an appointment, and the same was true during a follow-up meeting. Our first caregiver will be coming to our home on October 30, 26, and I have a very good feeling that we’ll be getting a compassionate and competent caregiver.
Best regards, Marianne and Norbert J

My mother, my brother, and I have had an excellent experience with the Brinkmann Care Agency and would highly recommend them.
Even the careful preparation for the care phase gave us a very good feeling: starting with a very friendly initial contact, followed by the provision of detailed profiles of the recommended caregivers, and ending with ensuring that both parties (the client and the caregiver) were a good fit.
Thanks to the care agency, the right caregiver was always on hand during the various phases of my mother’s care needs. This made it possible to help my mother regain her physical and mental stability after repeated, exhausting hospital stays. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved!

This is the second time I have been a customer of Brinkmanns and both times my requests came at short notice, but both times I received a carer for my mother on the agreed date who met the exact requirements specified in the application form.
And the staff at Brinkmanns in Oberursel deserve special mention and praise:
the support is prompt, uncomplicated and goal-oriented. And what's more, everyone is very nice :-)

After a lot of research, I chose Brinkmann in Oberursel to care for my parents (father with heart disease and severe walking difficulties, mother agile but suffering from dementia)! The support, especially from Ms. Kruse, was perfect. Everything was always discussed and organized in detail. I always had the feeling that I had an adequate contact person for my questions...

Pflegevermittlung Brinkmann gave me excellent advice and support. I really appreciate that Pflegevermittlung Brinkmann puts a lot of emphasis on finding the right caregiver. She has done a very good job of placing caregivers for my mother over several years and has been very good at supporting me as a family member with all issues. All the staff are very friendly and put their hearts into it. I can highly recommend the Brinkmann care agency.

For us, the care agency Brinkmann is already the third agency and so far the best. For the first time, they also looked at the requirements and conditions on site. The needs of the caregivers are just as important as those of the persons to be cared for. There is a very friendly, competent, appreciative manner.
The agency was also recommended to us ourselves, so we are not the only ones who are satisfied.

Dear customer,

We are very pleased about this review, as you have written exactly the things in your text that we consider important and always try to fulfill 100%. Senior care - i.e. the care of our loved ones - is not just any old thing, but an extensive and comprehensive matter that should involve trust, empathy and also competence. It is good to hear that we have succeeded in doing this for you too.

The care of our father, who suffered from dementia, was in competent hands with the Brinkmann company.
The employees were always there for us and gave us advice and support.
The nursing staff was well chosen, supported us very well and took a lot of work off our hands.
We were very satisfied all around.

From the needs assessment to the introduction of the caregiver - it simply worked flawlessly. I was also given competent advice on the subject of care allowance and preventive care, and was also properly informed about the range of services and the working hours of the caregiver.
Questions are always answered immediately, accessibility is top. I feel very well looked after.
