My mother, my brother, and I have had an excellent experience with the Brinkmann Care Agency and would highly recommend them.
Even the careful preparation for the care phase gave us a very good feeling: starting with a very friendly initial contact, followed by the provision of detailed profiles of the recommended caregivers, and ending with ensuring that both parties (the client and the caregiver) were a good fit.
Thanks to the care agency, the right caregiver was always on hand during the various phases of my mother’s care needs. This made it possible to help my mother regain her physical and mental stability after repeated, exhausting hospital stays. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved!

For us, the care agency Brinkmann is already the third agency and so far the best. For the first time, they also looked at the requirements and conditions on site. The needs of the caregivers are just as important as those of the persons to be cared for. There is a very friendly, competent, appreciative manner.
The agency was also recommended to us ourselves, so we are not the only ones who are satisfied.

The Brinkmann care placement team (especially Mrs. Kruse) gave me the best advice in my request to support my father with a caregiver and organized the placement of a top professional.
