Wenn einen die Baufinanzierung selbst überfordert, ist man froh, wenn es Fachleute wie Herrn Mai gibt, die mit ihrem Wissen hilfreich zur Seite stehen. Unbürokratisch und schnell hat er geholfen und unser Finanzierungsproblem zum günstigen Abschluß gebracht.
Schade, dass wir diesen Fachmann nicht schon einige Jahre vorher gekannt haben.

Due to an inheritance tax assessment notice, we had a very short deadline to raise the money.
Thanks to Mr. Mai, we were able to meet the deadline even though we were missing most of the documents. Mr. Mai was not only able to recommend helpful websites, but also obtained documents independently after consulting with us.
We could reach him reliably at any time (even at weekends and on public holidays).
The advice was very open and competent. All our questions were answered.
We feel that we are in good hands and are very satisfied, so we would work with him again at any time and can only recommend him!

We received excellent advice from Mr. Mai on the real estate financing of our apartment in Munich, so that the financing could be approved in the shortest possible time. From viewing the apartment to the notary appointment in just 10 days!
Of course, we are also completely satisfied with the conditions of our real estate financing. Mr. Mai took a lot of time and explained every detail of the financing to us thoroughly, even during telephone conversations at the weekend...
We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend him both professionally and personally!
