Lutz-Peter Schmitt is very friendly and was able to answer all my questions competently. A complete list of ancillary costs, which another HvH consultant withheld from me, should not be forgotten during the initial consultation, so I am glad that I had another consultation with Mr. Schmitt.

We have had two meetings with Mr. Schmitt so far. He has always taken the time to answer all our questions at short notice. As the preparations in the new development area are delayed, it is currently difficult to estimate when the right time will be to conclude the house contract.
In contrast to some of our competitors, he did not urge us to conclude a contract as quickly as possible, but advised us to wait and see.
Overall, we found the discussions to be very pleasant, goal-oriented and competent. We can therefore highly recommend him.
