Lutz-Peter Schmitt

Mr. Schmitt took plenty of time, was well-prepared for the conversation, addressed all of our questions, and was able to answer them satisfactorily. The conversation took place in a very pleasant atmosphere.

In November 2024, we became aware of a new development area and spoke with various construction companies at that time. Since the new development area was being developed privately, the process of drawing up the zoning plan and completing the infrastructure took nearly two years, lasting until September 2026. During this time, we were in regular contact with Mr. Schmitt. He was always available to talk with us and kept track of the development’s progress. He answered all our questions (repeatedly) and found solutions to all our concerns. After two years, we are very happy to finally be able to sign our house contract and begin building our home. We continue to feel very comfortable, well understood, and exceptionally well taken care of. We look forward to continuing our collaboration; so far, we highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied with the consultation provided by Mr. Schmitt. The consultation sessions were organized very professionally and covered a wide range of topics, which meant all our questions were answered directly. Even outside of these sessions, our questions were always answered in a targeted and very timely manner. We felt very well taken care of and understood. We also appreciated the clear breakdown of costs and the transparency regarding the entire construction project, including potential ancillary costs and additional special requests. Thank you very much! This has been a great help to us, and we will definitely recommend Mr. Schmitt to others and look forward to the next steps in our project.

Unfortunately, today—one day before the scheduled contract signing—we had to inform Mr. Schmitt, with a heavy heart, that we will not be able to proceed with the house construction after all due to a last-minute failure to secure financing. This decision was anything but easy for us, especially because in Mr. Schmitt we had an advisor by our side whom we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Even though we haven’t become homeowners at this point, we’d like to share our experience with Mr. Schmitt with other future homeowners.

From our very first meeting, we always felt we were in excellent hands. Mr. Schmitt is extremely competent professionally, but above all, he is honest, authentic, and approachable. At no point did we feel that he was solely focused on closing a deal. On the contrary: he even recommended more affordable alternatives on several occasions when they made more sense for our situation. Such honesty is a rare find these days!

We were particularly impressed by his extraordinary dedication. Mr. Schmitt was always available and answered even spontaneous questions over the weekend—sometimes even after 10 p.m.—within just a few minutes. This level of commitment and customer focus goes far beyond what one would expect from “normal” consultants.

We also found it very authentic that Mr. Schmitt has been working for Heinz von Heiden for about 20 years and even built his own home with Heinz von Heiden a few years ago. This further reinforced our feeling that we were speaking with someone who stands behind the company with complete conviction and is, at the same time, convinced of its quality.

We’d especially like to highlight that Mr. Schmitt even took the time to walk us through a preliminary tour of the model home showroom in Hanover, even though we weren’t yet building partners at that point. This extraordinary commitment alone shows that people matter more to him than closing a deal quickly!

We’d like to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his wonderful support. To us, Mr. Schmitt is the epitome of an honest, dedicated, and trustworthy construction consultant. We wish every future homeowner a contact person like him and can recommend him without reservation!

Thank you very much, Mr. Schmitt, for your time, your exceptional support, and your patience during hours-long meetings filled with countless questions on our part! Even though our paths are parting ways for now due to the fallen-through financing, we sincerely hope that our paths will cross again soon. Perhaps then, with a viable construction loan in place, we can still make our dream of owning a home a reality together with you.

We're still in the process of deciding on the type of house and the design.
Mr. Schmitt provided us with very professional, prompt, and detailed support, giving us all the information we needed.

The consultation was very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered in detail and in a way I could understand. They took plenty of time for me and explained all the details clearly. I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire conversation. Thank you very much for the professional assistance and the pleasant interaction. Highly recommended!

Mr. Schmitt patiently implemented all of our changes exactly as we had envisioned.
He was always approachable and easy to reach, even when we had last-minute questions.
Overall, he guided us through the selection process with openness and honesty; we felt very well taken care of and well advised.

Let’s hope that the rest of the planning and construction process proceeds just as smoothly and satisfactorily.

Overall, we are simply very satisfied with our contact person, Mr. Schmitt.
From the initial consultation through to the signing of the contract, he consistently treated us with respect, carefully implemented our wishes and ideas, and maintained open communication.

So far, I can only comment on the consultation. Mr. Schmitt was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently, and—which is very important—was very transparent about all the costs. Thank you very much! No matter what happens, it was a very pleasant experience! :-D

We signed our home-building contract with Heinz von Heiden, and our agent, Mr. Lutz-Peter Schmitt, assisted us throughout the process. We are truly very satisfied with the advice and support we’ve received so far. From the very beginning, Mr. Schmitt took plenty of time to listen to our ideas and visions. Our wishes were not only noted but also actively incorporated into the plans. We particularly appreciated that we worked together to find solutions whenever we shared our own thoughts on the house design. We could also turn to him at any time with questions about details in the design or specific points in the contract. His responses were always prompt and clear, so we always felt well-informed.

Overall, we found the collaboration to be very pleasant, reliable, and professional. It’s clear that Mr. Schmitt places great importance on ensuring we feel comfortable with our decisions. We’ve felt very well taken care of so far and can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Schmitt’s consulting services. Judith & David K. from Hanau

We had a very pleasant and constructive conversation; this was our first experience with home building consulting. Mr. Lutz gave us comprehensive advice and pointed out a number of aspects to us as laypeople. He is a professional in his job and we had a good feeling about him. Mr. Lutz also has a good sense of humor :). He explained the additional costs transparently and clearly and helped us to change or rethink one or two ideas. We are happy to recommend Mr. Lutz as a consultant to other builders in the region. Best regards from the Sincu family

Mr. Lutz is competent, experienced, and reliable. We would gladly seek Mr. Lutz's advice again and recommend him with a clear conscience.

Very friendly and competent advice. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and informative conversation. You feel like you are getting good advice and a good overview of the costs.

We are very grateful to Mr. Schmitt for his competent and friendly advice. I must emphasize that Mr. Schmitt always takes time for the customer, responds to wishes and processes them very quickly, so that the next conversation does not take long. I was able to call Mr. Schmitt at any time and was also able to change appointments spontaneously on request without it becoming complicated or unpleasant.
Due to the effort he makes, the patience and the extra work that Mr. Schmitt does without being asked, I can recommend him to every other customer. A 10 out of 10.

Were very satisfied with the initial consultation.
All questions were answered very openly and honestly.
Very professional, detailed and individual advice.

We felt very well looked after and advised.

We were particularly pleased with the honest exchange.

Mr. Schmitt is nice and fulfills customer wishes. I was particularly impressed by his flexibility and honesty. I really appreciate Mr. Schmitt and thank him for his support and advice.

We were very satisfied with the advice we received from Mr. Schmitt. In the end, we decided to go with another company, but that was 100% due to the houses on offer, which suited us better. He patiently answers all our questions and explains the services and connections very clearly. We wish him all the best! The Kern family
