We are very satisfied with the consultation provided by Mr. Schmitt. Unfortunately, today—one day before the scheduled contract signing—we had to inform Mr. Schmitt, with a heavy heart, that we will not be able to proceed with the house construction after all due to a last-minute failure to secure financing. This decision was anything but easy for us, especially because in Mr. Schmitt we had an advisor by our side whom we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Even though we haven’t become homeowners at this point, we’d like to share our experience with Mr. Schmitt with other future homeowners.

From our very first meeting, we always felt we were in excellent hands. Mr. Schmitt is extremely competent professionally, but above all, he is honest, authentic, and approachable. At no point did we feel that he was solely focused on closing a deal. On the contrary: he even recommended more affordable alternatives on several occasions when they made more sense for our situation. Such honesty is a rare find these days!

We were particularly impressed by his extraordinary dedication. Mr. Schmitt was always available and answered even spontaneous questions over the weekend—sometimes even after 10 p.m.—within just a few minutes. This level of commitment and customer focus goes far beyond what one would expect from “normal” consultants.

We also found it very authentic that Mr. Schmitt has been working for Heinz von Heiden for about 20 years and even built his own home with Heinz von Heiden a few years ago. This further reinforced our feeling that we were speaking with someone who stands behind the company with complete conviction and is, at the same time, convinced of its quality.

We’d especially like to highlight that Mr. Schmitt even took the time to walk us through a preliminary tour of the model home showroom in Hanover, even though we weren’t yet building partners at that point. This extraordinary commitment alone shows that people matter more to him than closing a deal quickly!

We’d like to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his wonderful support. To us, Mr. Schmitt is the epitome of an honest, dedicated, and trustworthy construction consultant. We wish every future homeowner a contact person like him and can recommend him without reservation!

Even though our paths are parting ways for now due to the fallen-through financing, we sincerely hope that our paths will cross again soon. Lutz-Peter Schmitt is very friendly and was able to answer all my questions competently. A complete list of ancillary costs, which another HvH consultant withheld from me, should not be forgotten during the initial consultation, so I am glad that I had another consultation with Mr. Schmitt.

We have had two meetings with Mr. Schmitt so far. He has always taken the time to answer all our questions at short notice. As the preparations in the new development area are delayed, it is currently difficult to estimate when the right time will be to conclude the house contract.
In contrast to some of our competitors, he did not urge us to conclude a contract as quickly as possible, but advised us to wait and see.
