Ralph-Guido Kuhnhold

We're still very much in the early stages. The contract has been signed, and the first concrete discussions are taking place. So far, we've received excellent advice, all our questions have been answered, and Mr. Kuhnhold has even brought up issues on his own initiative that we wouldn't have thought of. We feel we're in very good hands.

We were completely satisfied with the advice provided by Mr. Kuhnhold. We particularly appreciated that his recommendations were not only technically sound, but also clearly based on genuine experience. He thinks outside the box, contributes many creative ideas, and considers things from different perspectives.

We never had the feeling that he was just trying to make a quick sale—on the contrary, you can tell that he really cares about you being happy with your home in the end. He is aware of how big and life-changing this decision is and supports you in any way he can. He was always open to questions and concerns. We felt that he took us seriously and provided us with excellent support at all times.

Excellent communication and availability. Always ready to answer any questions and provide highly competent and relevant information and advice on all aspects of the house. We highly recommend Mr. Kuhnhold.

I am planning to have a house built, and the builder has made an excellent impression. He was very transparent, explained everything in detail, and went through all the details. I feel very well looked after and am looking forward to the upcoming construction project.

Mr. Kuhnhold was always concerned about our project and very competent...we felt that we were in good hands, as he gave us fair and comprehensive advice on all questions regarding our building project.
We are definitely pleased that he will stand by us until completion and we would definitely build with him again.

After an extensive search for a suitable developer for our dream home, we discovered Heinz von Heiden and got to know Mr. Kuhnhold. To our surprise, our first meeting took place on a weekend directly on our property. According to his own statement, Mr. Kuhnhold prefers to get a personal impression of the property, no matter how far the journey is. His friendly, honest and relaxed manner as well as his professional experience impressed us at the first meeting, so that we met at the show house just a few days later to start planning. Our ideas were promptly realized; we were able to view two houses under construction. Mr. Kuhnhold always took a lot of time to answer our questions and was always available. So far, everything has gone smoothly, our building application has been approved and we are really looking forward to our future little home. We would highly recommend Mr. Kuhnhold.

Mr. Kuhnhold was recommended to us by friends and we are glad to have contacted him. From the very first conversation, we were impressed by his ideas and the realization of our house. He saved us from making serious mistakes, for which we thank him once again. Our building application has now been submitted to the city and we can hardly wait for the excavators to get started.

Great advice, meeting at eye level, always available for queries.
We feel we are in good hands.

Mr. Kuhnhold is top in all respects. Always available and always finds a solution, no matter what the issue. Very courteous, helpful, friendly and extremely competent.
In my opinion, there is nothing more to improve.
I can only recommend anyone who wants to build a house to contact Mr. Kuhnhold.

He always provides friendly and competent advice; he provides explanations that are understandable for building laymen, gives valuable tips and provides valuable help with non-contractual problems with the authorities and other problems.

Mr. Kuhnhold is not just a "salesman". He is an absolute expert with a wealth of knowledge. He really knows what he's talking about and doesn't just gloss over everything. He immediately tells you what is feasible and what is not. He not only knows the building regulations, but also the laws. He also stands up for his customers at the head office when it comes to special requests. He tries everything to implement them! We are absolutely satisfied with Mr. Kuhnhold!

All around TOP

Mr. Kuhnhold is not a classic salesman and that is meant in the best sense.
The advice is based on his professional experience and not with the intention to sell.
His expertise is both broad and deep, and you feel well advised and supported at all times.
He is beyond dedicated and sincere in his advice, which we appreciated.

Mr. Kunhold is very competent, committed and reliable. Anyone who builds with Heinz von Heiden is in good hands with him.

Great advice! Professional competence outstanding.
If there are questions, they are answered immediately. If not, you can be sure that Mr. Kuhnhold will check and call you back within a few hours and give you information.
Any time again.
Highly recommended

As a first-time house builder, I can only say that the atmosphere at the first appointment was really relaxed and easy-going. Everything was explained step by step what to expect. Also the questions about which house and with basement without which advantages the individual houses have were explained well and in detail.
In short, I would go to Mr. Kuhnhold again next time.

Very competent, we felt we were in good hands to realize our dream of owning our own home.

Mr. Kuhnhold is very friendly and immediately incorporated our wishes and ideas
into his computer immediately. We are very satisfied with his suggestions and
very satisfied. Hopefully we will be just as satisfied once the house has been built.

We felt very well advised at all times and were also made aware of circumstances that we hadn't even considered beforehand.

The quick contact and the all-round competent, friendly and always honest advice shows the professional difference to many other house construction companies from which we have received offers. This gives us a very good feeling and we feel that we are in good hands.
Mr. Kuhnhold has profound and very helpful specialist knowledge, which leads to the desired solutions in the joint discussions.
We can highly recommend Mr. Kuhnhold today and look forward to a smooth and successful construction project in 2021!
