I had viewed a property marketed by Von Poll Immobilien in March 2023.
After I had made a price offer, I was called a few weeks later by the realtor with the info that the owner would agree to the selling price.
But the sale would now have to go quickly!
Then extreme pressure was put on me as a first-time buyer of a property.
The next day I was supposed to clarify the financing in detail so that the notary date could already be set.
The notary date was then actually fixed for 1.5 weeks later. I had until then a financing confirmation, but still no elaborated financing, which is extremely important just now with the higher interest rates. A draft purchase agreement was also not yet available.
Under high pressure I then carried out the financing and credit elaboration with the financial intermediary and the bank. The loan documents were then two before the notary appointment there.
The draft of the purchase contract was mailed to me four days before the notary appointment.
One day before the notary appointment I got then the call of the Maklerin that one would have now a further prospective customer, who would be ready € 10,000, - to pay more for the real estate and which would have coincidentally also still time to notice my notary appointment!
As I was allowed to determine late at night, the real estate was never reserved for me!!! On the contrary: The real estate was further on ImmoScout advertised with the negotiated purchase price plus € 9,000, -!!!!
One wanted to look thus probably, whether one cannot press out nevertheless still somewhat more money from the market, although one had a safe buyer!!!!
=> Totally unseriöses and dishonest business conduct!
